You "don't want a brick"? What do you mean, is it bricked? or are you not getting any signal and afraid of bricking it (even further)?
Anyway, do you have Bootmii installed as boot2, a nand backup and Priiloader installed?
I mean it's common knowledge to do the above before start messing with themes.

If you're not sure, don't do it. If you don't understand, don't do it. If you're afraid, don't do it.
If you don't know how to use a soldering iron and NAND programmer - don't do it either.

you should use an updated installer. mymenuify is super old . try mymenuifymod search for it in forums
built in brick protection

i have priiloader and bootmii ios but i don't know how to get my backup on my wii
