Hopefully IOS downgrader enabled Trucha in all IOS.

Well i did it!!

I am now on 4.0 with Trucha enabled!

But i still have a question:
I used method 1.
IOS downgrader works very well but he only patches until IOS36.

So question:
I have more IOS versions on my wii (checked with Anytitledeleter):
IOS37
IOS38
IOS50
IOS51
IOS53
IOS55
IOS60
IOS61

Okay i think IOS60 is already patched.

So should i dump my nand (already done i made a WiiSystemmenu-v418.wad

), patch then with Freethebug, pack and then install?

What do you guys think?

Which cIOS are you using?
Try rev8.

How do i go down to rev8 from rev9?

Wait...I need rev9 for USBloader. Why would I want to go to rev8 when that would break USBloader?

Also, I'm using a wired network, if that makes any difference.

You can just install the rev8. It will overwrite rev9.

You need rev8 for Waninkoko´s Updater.
After that just install rev9 over rev8 and you are fine.

Or maybe you had a corrupt cIOS.
Maybe it helps to install cIOS rev9 again.

I installed IOS36-64-1042.wad and IOS60 Trucha Patched.wad via Wad Manager 1.3 (original) channel.

Then I installed 4.0 via Nintendo download.

I moved my unofficial Virtual Console/WiiWare games over to a 2gb Sandisk SD card. I fire up a couple of my games I moved to test and they still work.

I go back to attempt to install somemore wads, but when I do I get ERROR! ret= -2011

What did I do wrong and is there anyway to get the ability to install wads back?

The only channels I have on my console memory are HBC and Wad Manager 1.3

Did you install the IOS36-64-v1042 directly using a wad manager or using waninkoko's installer? If you did not use wanin's installer, it's nothing but installing a plain jane IOS36 on your Wii and there's no cIOS installed at all. Your 2011 means you have no cIOS, congrats you are screwed.

If you used wanin's system 4.0 installer there's still some hope. Just ask around...

Damn it all to hell, I installed the IOS36-64-v1042 with the WAD manager.....so until/if a downgrade/fix is developed, I can't install any new wads?

that sucks....oh well, just gotta make due with the ones I do have

hi guys.. i need help, i having a trouble while update the wii using waninkoko updater 4.0
when it start to update, it says 'downloading ios37' then downloading ticket, then after that an erro appears, it says error! ret = -1
i already install ios60trucha & ciosrev9, then try ciosrev8 and ciosrev7, it not affect it at all,
what does it mean? what should i do to get the updater work

okay coupla problems i lost trucha but it says to downgrade with ios downgrader where do you get it from all i can find is custom ios downgrader is this the same and what do you down grade it to ,also i hve heard by numerous sources that gecko os runs trucha signed discs then why doesnt my uncensored man hunt disc work...

Trying to do this and failing.

Here's what I have:
3.4U
IOS60
cIOS rev9 or 10 (the latest)
a few other IOS's that I needed to play Madworld without updating

I use the upgrader to upgrade to 4.0 while keeping trucha, and get an error: rev -1. What does that mean?
