What do you mean by 'switch the Pokémon' ?
The starter Pokémon, or the Wild Pokémon?
Anyway.. all my DS tools work on all versions.. so, yes, it's possible to switch Pokémon in the German Version

This tool lets you edit the moveset of each Pokémon in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.

Todo:

• Add option to add attacks (sometime this week)
• Change icon (Like I have to do for all my programs XD)

This tool lets you edit the personal data for each Pokémon in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.

Version info (v 1.1):

• Added the Deoxys and Wormadam forms
• Changed the EV editing as it didn't work!! (Why did nobody notice? - -')

Todo:

• I have no idea what I could do..

Pretty damn good tools, one question though, these ARE able to play on flash carts though right? I wasn't all that sure to be honest, I thoguht they were only able on emulators.

Erm, what these tools do is modify the ROM or NARCs (inside a ROM).. So, when you put the ROMs on your flashcard, I should work, yes

I'm quite experienced in pokemon gba hacking so seeing these for D/P is quite a surprise as we were always told it was impossible!

all you need now is a text editor like a-text on the gba and a mapping program like advance map on gba.

you could try getting in touch with scizz and see if he could help you

Hi just wondering how to I start using the toolbox?I am interested in using the Pokémon Data Editor DS .Do I extract in the ds?

There's a README included with every program.. If not, there's an 'HowTo' in the program..
What you need to do is extract the needed .NARC file from the ROM.. Open the NARC in the program, edit it, and import it back to the ROM.

Sorry for the n00b question, but exist a tool to change the map of the world? (i mean: in the original version of pokémon diamond in that place were 4 trees, but now, in that place i make a road, or an home)
