And I was wondering wheres a good place I can buy one, and if I can only get a replacement screen by ordering it.

got mine off dealextreme. be sure to order a screwdriver which fits your screws, if you dont already have one (for the japanese psp they use starshaped t2 screws, but i think the US one uses phillips #00)

I'm sorry for double posting, but it seems that DealExtreme doesn't restock their screens anymore, is there any other cheap places where I can buy a PSP 2000 Screen?

You can always message them in the forums asking when they'll restock. Apparently Amazon is out of stock too. I've seen places on google that sell it but I'm not sure if they're trusted. You can try Ebay too.
