Ok so after seeing this (http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=154808) It inspired me to do me own, only with something different

This is a Powerwave Multifunction Center i bought at EB for like 29 dollars, it has WiiMote Chargers inbuilt and Nunchuck holders also....

IT GLOWS 8D

So basically what I wanna do is put a USB device into it, so after using a knife to get at the screws under some rubber stoppers I inspected the inside

Now as you can see here (hopefully) space is a premium here, I removed those two bits of plastic in the middle to give me a little bit more room and tested it out with my ipod classic

and it fit snuggly into it, so basically I need a usb drive with this size

Height:
4.1 inches (103.5 mm)
Width:
2.4 inches (61.8 mm)
Depth:
0.41 inch (10.5 mm)
Weight:
4.9 ounces (140 grams)

I wonder if i could buy a WD passport then remove the case and stick that in it?

Well, this one is pretty close. You might be able to squeeze it in there. Plus its 500gb.

That defitenly looks like a good choice, if i snip off those two bits as hown here

id have enough room for it, but i also need to cut a rectangle of sorts on the left to pass the usb cable thru

Would be a bit of a hassle to remove it each time you wanted to load new games though.

First off 16 GB flash drive will be too small, second off all i dont wnat to use a thumb drive not to mention it wouldnt be nessecarry if i use this

I dont think it would be any hassle to change the games assuming that the USB and power cable were both coming through a hole cut in the outer area of the case, you'd just have to take the holder over to your pc and plug the usb lead in, no need for unscrewing it all again.

Looks ok, my dad has a portable usb drive, I think its 200gb and its relatively small, I think it was about £70, I can look and find out the make and model and find a price when I get home.

Probably about 15cms long, but the main problem is how deep the drive is as that space is a minium, im looking at 0.45 of a inch at best
0.45? i don't think they make a hard drive that small.
i say get a used 80gb ipod classic for cheap and gut it if needed to fit.

Hmm.....

How bout getting a 2.5" drive and get a USB enclosure. That way, you'd achieve these:

1)Small, small size
2)USB powered, no need for extra power supply
3)Could fit your case mod

Thanks for all the suggestions, im pretty much gonna get a Oyen Digital Usb Drive, its the smallest one ive found, so thanks Matt93 for finding it for me, It dosent have a power supply, is that gonna be a problem?

EDIT - Turns out it has a double usb plug, and according to reviews it is pretty fast

Then it should be USB powered. So, the drive will have to USB plugs on one end (One for USB, one for power)

UPDATE TIME

This here is the back of the enclosure, which has the poer bypasser and the switch for the lights, as you can see by the pencil line thats where im going to cut so the USB cable can get out, now I need to find something that can cut plastic

Also im planning on getting the 160GB Oyen Digital USB Drive, mainly cause wii games are so bloody small XD
