my modchip stopped working

hey guys my hardmodded oled switch stopped starting with cfw. I think something happend with the modchip. can someone explain what this light pattern mean, or has other explanations on whats going.

It is a banned oled switch, any other stock functions still works tho. one reply said it may be a loose dat0 cable. I have no clue about it, can someone show me where that cable is attachted.

I unplugged and plugged the two ribbon cables from the modchip, after that it started working again. but now after restarting it like 5 times, the problem appeared again. it only starts now at stock...

Sound like it isn't always glitching, so you want to check the soldering.
