Hacking My Games

Hello, today I installed ReiNAND to my NEW 3ds and it went well! Now the problem is during the process I had to delete all my games to make Installing CIA's possible. Now before I did anything I made backups through the entire process, is there a way I can restore my games back? do I have to replace the nintendo 3ds folder with a backup to do that? Also my NEW 3ds is on 9.2 and my NANDS aren't unlinked yet.

Also if I do manage to get my games back, can I updated to the latest 3ds firmware and still be able to install CIA's?

Why did you delete your games?

If you removed the Nintendo 3ds folder and let the system make a new one, then if you put your backup back, it will get rid of all your installed CIAs (games are installed into this folder). To get your games back you could redownload them from the eShop. But that won't get your save files back.

Well I deleted my data because one of the tutorials said to do it... anyway, would replacing the nintendo 3ds folder with a backup, will I get my games and save files back? Also I don't care if my CIAS get deleated I've only installed FBI and HBL

Yep, everything will be the same as before you removed the Nintendo 3DS folder. You might be able to redownload any of the cias you installed from the eShop, if they're available there.
