I found my old Nintendo DSi XL but it has a hardware problem I think, if I move the Nintendo a little or if I press a little on the body the console freezes even without the cartridge and without SD card

It'll be a hardware fault, you'll have to thoroughly diagnose it by taking it apart. It could be anything for sure; component is loose, broken wires, etc.

If this was ma console...

I would disconnect the touch screen and then try it... obviously only the buttons will work.

You would then be able to rule out the touch screen.

If I press the touch screen on my DSi with my stylus and then turn on the console - it freezes - which is the correct behaviour.

However, I have seen ageing touch screens that think they've been touch when they have not, this making the console freeze.

sorry if I'm replying after so long, anyway it happens when the shell bends a little. the cables are fine and don't seem to have any problems

I don't know what you're expecting? The previous post summed things up nicely, I think.
