Awesome theme, really well done! Only thing I would change myself is having a pen as the cursor, instead of L's head. That's just my preference though, you really have done a great job!

I don't particularly like the blue at the top and bottom of the wii menu and I think it would be better if, since the backdrop is black, the bottom was blue to match the time's color.

Otherwise, its great! glad I loaded it in.
