Randomly, my avatar just changed....
And this new theme is really good.
I asked Antoligy on the IRC and he said that there isn't going to be a new theme when gbatemp comes back up.

All of the avatars have been lost during the update. You can re-upload a new one by going to UserCP and chose "change your photo"

Well you didn't have a profile picture prior to the update, therefore you have no photo now.

Not a big problem, it's better like this, cuz if you wanna upload via URL, just browse for your image then paste the image link and hit enter.
