Homebrew My 3DS Won't Load Apps!

When I turn on my 3DS, It only loads a few apps, and when I try to open one, It freezes my 3DS! How do I fix this problem?

The only apps that load are:

System Settings

Flipnote Studio

Flipnote Studio 3D

PictoChat

FBI

And the game cart loader.


I have two folders, which were full of stuff like games, are now gone.

At the top of my screen, there's little black pixels. (THEY ARE NOT DEAD PIXELS)


And when I turn It on without my SD card, It doesn't fix anything.

And, load doesn't mean open. I forgot to mention that.

First thing to do would be to try another SD card, I think. Alternatively, copy everything off your current SD card, format it, and test it with h2testw.

Alright, well, guess I have to get a new SD Card. Hopefully, when I do get one, this will work.
