I am running the latest version of YSMenu and I want to use my DS as an mp3 player. What is the best way to do this?

I have that, but where does it go in this microSD card? the root or in TTMenu?
because I put in in root once and nothing showed up when I loaded YSMenu...this is really confusing
edit: found out the prob...didn't load the .nds
