Hacking Multiple Islands Animal Crossing

I am trying to have two islands on Animal Crossing New Horizons. Each totally unique and separate. I have tried using Tinfoil and EmuMMC. I made a partition of 32GB for EmuMMC and got EmuMMC to boot but because Animal Crossing is installed on the main SD partition, the icon has a download symbol and will not load. I am at a loss. I am sure there's a way to have one island on the Sysnand and another on the EmuMMC. Do I have to have two unique copies of the game installed, one on each partition? Help!

The best way I have found so far is to use JKSV save manager and backup your current save (naming something you will remember (original backup or yournames island ect) and then just delete your actual save file and start the game again. As long as you name each save differently you can have as many islands as you want! Good luck
