Gaming MTE Test Disc

I am one of those whose console had an MTE Test Disc in the drive. I have two questions:
is there any reason for me to be worried about damage to the console?
is this disc worth anything to anyone or is it simply an oddity to throw back in the box and put in the closet.

Probably not worth anything except for collector people. Apparently the ISO is also being dumped. But as it's mainly used for stress testing a Xbox One, I highly doubt it'll lead to anything remotely usable in terms of homebrew or the likes.

You could return it to Microsoft, hoping you'll get some goodies.
Or just keep it/sell it.

Just noticed this is for the One and not the 360 disc which has been dumped for years.

There are others too but I think a lot are the same source.
So for now it is pretty rare.
