Hacking MT-Card Help.

It's real bought from modchipfactory.com, have a 3dx lx on 4.4.0-U,have a Mac and PC,the problem is if i format on Mac Pokemon XY work but get stuck when switching games and formatting on Windows game switches smoothly but Pokemon XY will not show if i select it or show on game when i switch to them.
