I was wondering is there a way to convert an MSX rom to an NES rom?

The thing is, I have this game called "Antartic Adventure" for the NES, and I enjoy it. And there's a sequel to that game called "Penguin Adventure", but it was made for the MSX. Is there a way to make Penguin Adventure an NES rom?
