MSSD Cache drive 16GB or 64GB? Will it make a difference to performance?
You want to use SSD as cache?
If you are budget limited you should probably use SSHD instead.
I currently have a 16GB mssd card with conventional HD using intels smart response thing. Wonder if spending £80 on a 64GB mssd was worth it
Well, Intel SRT is a step below SSHD. It operates mSSD and HDD under RAID 0.
16 GB is enough to cache OS. So no. You can get 128 GB SSD after you save a bit more.
