my opnion is: its a CRAP notebook!

Which MSI notebook, just generalising doesn't help cause they do make good computers by the sounds of it, if yours is crap then return it

when i play a game the keyboard dont work after 5 min
first day i had a crash of windows :/ wtf ?

First, I don't see how you could use your PC if the screen didn't turn on, unless I'm misunderstanding you.
Secondly, what is the 'service'?

The rest of the issues could probably be narrowed down to software or driver problems. Very rarely does hardware cause inconsistent problems.
