Is there anyone who has hacked Metroid Prime Trilogy to allow a gamecube controller. Not sure how feasible it really is but it's something i miss the option of having.

Play the gamecube version if you want controller support, can even play your "backup" of it on your wii, no point in hacking the game for a controller. I wish it was possible to play via USB like normal instead of corrupting your gamesave everytime lol

Is there a hacked Metroid Prime 3 ROM that uses the Gamecube controller yet?

There's a page here which suggests that some prototype code for the Gamecube is kicking around online, so it might not be that hard to re-enable controller support.

I ask cos I wanted to play it on my laptop in Dolphin, which isn't so convenient with the Wiimote.

I'm resurrecting this thread from the depths of hell to ask if anybody were able to play Prime 3 or the Wii ports of Prime 1 and 2 with a regular controller using gamepad mapping options in Dolphin.

That would probably be better asked in the Dolphin support forum?
