5 SMB Shares now
USB Mount fixed
DVD fix/Mount fixed/pause problem fixed, now mounts, only when you select DVD data etc.
Network Initialising on startup changed, now connects "hidden" in Background of MPlayer. you don't notice

Supports shares with spaces, e.g. My Movies on D:\ but requires you to have in smb.conf like this "My Movies"
#Samba share1 (smb1:/)
ip1=192.168.0.1
share1="My Movies"
user1=
pass1=

tested and it still as some issues

usb works great
sd works great
DVD not working (for me that is)
nor does the share
i press -smb share1- and what i get is what is in my sd card

should i change any thing in here?
#Samba share1 (smb1:/)

I had the same problem, you just have to wait for it to initialise the network first. (5-10 sec)

Great work on another release guys! gonna test the multi-smb shares now

Awesome work, guys!

Now (with v2) it works really well.

But I've found 2 nasty bugs.
1) When playing a video from USB, if I use B to get the menu, and browse to the USB drive again, it crashes.
2) It displays strangely a .mkv HD video (1280x720 - DivX 6.6). The video resolution gets all screwed up and it becames unwatchable, but it seems to work nicely aside that.

I'll try to send them to the "Issues" on Google Code as soon as possible.

Tried the latest but still no luck. I also had no spaces in the share name and I tried removing the period from my password, but it still just shows the SD card contents. Unless I go to Share (instead of Browse) in which case it shows nothing. Wireless should be working okay as it successfully ran the Bootmii checker last night. I wonder if it has something to do with the Wii being on the Wifi and my PC being wired to the router. They're on the same subnet, but I'm running out of thoughts as to what the problem might be.

so if you dont wait you see your SDcard files? did that happend to you?

and about DVD can you play it?

Yep it only displayed the SD Card but after 5-7 Sec i could see the contents of my SMB Shares

It is really picky however so far i only managed to get the first 2 shares to work.

tryed the 2 ways

mine is like this :

#Samba share1 (smb1:/)
ip1=192.168.0.198
share1=movies
user1=
pass1=

but note, when you enter smb1 you see your sd files right?
if so, go back and enter again

yeah, i see my sd then
i've tried waiting a few seconds and then look again, but nope
thing is, i don't even know if it can connect to the network at all. I know the settings in the wii itself are ok, other apps like ftpii and hbc can find the network

I must say 0.2 has been a big improvement.

My loop.avi moves at a good speed, overall startup is superb along with multiple SMB shares and setting button 1 for the OSD is great.

(Even though for the OSD, I wish it would disappear after a few seconds instead of having to scroll through the OSD options of enabling and disabling it when you are checking the track time on the film) I guess one other thing I notice is the time it takes for a file to initialize in order to play from any source (like USB), but I know this is probably something that can get worked out over time.

There are still some AVIs (using XVID) that never played in MPlayer, but only in GeeXboX. They usually just freeze in MPlayer when I try using multiple methods. (USB, Data DVD and SMB) Are there certain specs for the movies that I can't get to play in MPlayer that I can submit to your Google page?

Keep up the great work guys.
