I've had a Creative Zen for several years now (the type with the landscape form-factor, with the buttons on the right and an SD card slot), and as with many of my own electrical devices, a large grain of something has appeared under the transparent panel, on the screen.
I've found various guides on disassembly, but try as I might I cannot for the life of me get the device open (need to pry in half, clips etc.).
My question is: Does anyone know of anywhere in the UK (either in the Durham/Newcastle area, or anywhere else if you can mail it to them) that would be able to do this? I've googled for a while, and have come up with nothing particularly relevant...
