Hacking moving installed games

Merry xmas to all, i have a 64gb USB drive in my Wii U but find myself running out of space, therefore would it be possible for me to copy the data on said drive to a larger 128gb that I have purchased or do I have to reinstall the content using WUP loader?

Just format the new drive with the WiiU and then copy the contents of the existing drive to the new one via the data management settings. That works for downloaded content anyway. Purchased content should work that way but I never purchased anything myself
