Hi all,
Sorry if this has been asked/answered, just point me in the right direction if it has:
I have an older PS4 jailbroken using the current 9.0 method. My unit is quite a bit older and seems to run very hot, have already tried replacing the thermal paste and a few other things. I have around 1 TB of games on the internal drive and another 500 GB or so on an external drive configured as extended storage.
My question is, let's say I want to buy a PS4 Pro, what's the best way to move that data over? If I recall, I can't just install the old internal drive in the new system, right? Other than trying to download and reinstall all my old .fpkg files, is there some way to backup and reinstall that data?
What about the external drive that is configured as extended storage? Can I just plug that into the new system or same issue as the internal drive?
Thanks for any help.
