Homebrew Movie Player

Just wondering if there is a movie player for the 3ds without having to cut the film up into 10 minute chunks? Or if there anyone is working on one?

ORGANIZ3D provides a BMPV player but BMPV format is totally not compressed (A 1:30 video is 700MB size for example):
