Move Dolphin save data to real Wii

Is this even possible? lets just say for example, if I were to make a save file on Dolphin, can I transport it to a Wii? And no I'm not saying the games where the save can already be transported by SD card, I'm saying games like animal crossing city folk where it is locked and you cant do anything with it.

aren't those data.bin? should be able to. the saves go in private/title id/data.bin iirc. put them on your sd card, then try to copy/move it to internal memory. though, some games are copy protected. you can get around that with priiloader setting I believe.

I just checked, it's private/WII/title/title id/ (data.bin goes in here).
