Most Expensive DS price

Im wondering whats the most expensive people around here have seen DS'es go for at stores around your town. (not talking about ebay, but game/department/electronic stores)

usually dont see any above $134 beleive it was at some ghetto local videogame store. TN tax to that and it adds like $13, why i buy expensive stuff online or phone my connections in Georgia... is that illegal? then again they charge like 9.8% tax and do road constructions for like 15 damn years (not to mention Wheel tax)

I've seen one in a mail order catalouge for £119 (~$234), thats about 20% over the RRP over here.

It's pretty expensive here in Poland.

Right after the release it was about 230$ (at the actual PLN/USD rate) and now it's 200$ (but could be less, it depends on the shop).

Right in central Americana - Salvador, GBA SP can be still bought a 100$ minimum and Normal panzer DS at 200-250$ , only a small part can afford these, money is not that important for them.

Catalogues are a scam. They just don't over charge you price wise on clothes and electronics but their APR is 29.9%. They are designed for people that can't afford to buy the product right away.

I paid £99 for my DS when it first came out and had to buy a game. I got Super mario for £10 because I bought the console. Then I found out it was either game or gamestation did a special offer £109 with 2 games.

Paid 129.99 for a DS Lite. Surprisingly when I bought it, DS was the same price lol XD.

Last time I checked Future Shop's catalogue they didn't have DS anymore on the games page

Just seen this morning a DS Mario Kart pack, £145.99 in some kind of Cash Converters style place, pre-owned!! In the same shop, a Wii that says WITHOUT Wii Sports £320!

It was in Leicester, dunno the street only go occasionally.

Also there was quite a lot of shops that had Wii's for sale (at RRP) but in the windows there's a sign saying "DS LITE NOW IN STOCK", only when you goto the Wii section are there any indication that there are Wiis in stock. God bless the DS, graphically weaker than the Wii and 360 but in more demand.
