evWii + deflicker and framebuffer same quality as wii?

Yo, been wondering about the recently released evWii and how it could make GC and Wii games look better than before, will there still be chroma bleed or can I expect results to be the same as a Wii using Component?

I'm mostly wondering about this because I do have a GameCube that I plan on installing a Modchip with but there are so many things I'd have to buy to connect it to my Elgato that it will end up being way too expensive...
