Hacking Most efficient way to resign rap files on super slim?

Specifically for ps2 games. There are some rap files, such as Fatal Frame III, that just aren't available.

I've created the pkg from the iso via PS2 Classics GUI 2.2.3 but I'm a little unsure of the next step. I've seen a few video guides, but some seem outdated. I'm also pretty hesitant on using video guides to begin with.

Is reactPSN still necessary? I've seen a few methods, but again, I'm not too sure which are just completely outdated. If anybody could help shed some light on the most efficient method for a super slim, I'd be extremely grateful. Thanks!

I’ve always used PSN patch, don’t know how well it will work with PS2 though.

Rap files are for pkg packages not iso. I have never used them myself I always get the decrypted eboot. I wish I knew how to make my own(dec eboot)... maybe in 2020... I run my ps2 games through webman so simple...
