my son is having trouble playing dpg videos on his dsi xl with a ievo and 2.3 firmware
the videos are freezing on it

is there anything you can do or can you use another media player with a ievo

Sorry to hear you are having problems with media files not playing. Simply shoot through an email to [email protected] and post your findings back here.

If they were working before and since the update not anymore then there is a slight chance they may need to know about this problem.
