But Windows 7 didn't have it installed.
And besides, Paint on Windows 7 has brushes and stuff witch is kinda like Photoshop.

Oh HELL NO, I would never touch paint on Vista and XP.

But i dont know if you can smudge in Win7 paint

How do you remove that see through white background on the bottom screen when I put in a wallpaper???

for example: The terminator on has the see through thing but the ninja gaiden one doesn't.

Um, it depends on your image settings. When you open an image, just click select then undo 'Make bottom screen transparent'. The set it as you wallpaper then done!

EDIT: Hmm, well, it got changed a bit, but I think it looks better because it now has that painted kinda feel. What do you think?

Yeah I did it as well but saved it as png and enhanced the colours a bit. (i didn't see the other post)

EDIT: I wasn't really sure, but I think I got the Goldfish and the Piglet one wrong. Oh well. I'll make a different one if these are wrong. Just tell me.
