Is it possible if you can make one like this:
Black XMB menu on top screen, black theme
Similar on the bottom, but with the lines that divide folders so it's organized (like in your iphonei.png)

basically I'm requesting a XMB (PS3) theme.

We can't do that, we make wallpapers, not skins.
