ROM Hack Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate save decryptor?

I was just wondering if anyone has made a decryptor to put the save in plain text yet. I heard somebody did but it's not floating around.

It's possible to hack items in MH4U using power saves it seems, Saw a few players with full G rank sets and 26 attack talismans on HR 5 and HR 6, Which is quite impossible..

But I don't know why you would even play the game when hacking, the whole game is about farming, hacking the items in kinda makes it a useless thing..
