Misc Monster Hunter 4 - DLC (Sky3DS)

Hi, I am a new guy here, just started using Sky3DS about 2 weeks ago. I have a problem with going online to download the DLCs, I checked out on this site on how to get it to work. But so far I am not having any luck in getting it to work, I also have no idea how to change the private header? Or template for Monster Hunter, so if its possible can someone please kindly guide me along? Thank you very much in advance!

Doesn't the signed cia work online?

edit: I have no idea how that'd work with a sky3ds tho
