Gaming Monster House problems?

I can't for the life of me find a ROM for this game that isn't buggy as hell. In all of them that I've tried, the screen flickers, text and sprites disappear for extended periods and other graphical glitches. Is this a problem with the ROM or my emulator/comp?

I didn't read anything about any problems online.
Try updating your emulator. Do other GBA games run fluently on your PC?
