I'm looking to upgrade my 17" simple LCD monitor to a bigger size. Any recommendations?

Basically I want:

- 16:9 aspect ratio and able to display at least 720P
- 19"
- Cheap (£300 is my budget)
- Allows HDMI and VGA inputs
- Great response time and contrast ratio

Thanks!
