Hacking Modding Thems on M3DS Real?

I recently purchased an M3DS Real, I want to know which files are used to make the theme?

It would be helpful if you could answer!

I beleive that there is a template and theme compiler that comes with the firmware. For Touchpod, you can easily find out how to make a theme just by looking at any skin folder in the system directory. For Sakura, that's different; like I said, there is a compiler and template somewhere around the internetz.
