Modding the games on the PS-Vita itself

I just modded my PS-Vita just about a week ago, or whenever my last post was.
I was curious to know if there is a way to possibly mod the games themselves? Like something similar to that of the romhacks for the pokemon games on the 3DS?
I know that you can mod Isaac on the Vita, but would other games work? I'm thinking specifcally Don't Starve.

Aside from the ahem... usual, there are plenty of Vita mods out there. Your best bet would be to look on forums that have those in line.
