Hacking Modding specific games? (FFXV, Project Diva, etc.)

So I'm a huge fan of ffxv and modding my consoles (I've been pretty much Nintendo until last year) but I'm a bit of a newbie to the PS4 hacking scene.

I was wondering if it was possible with a modded PS4 to mod the outfit mods many people have been doing on Windows Edition into the PS4 version + hack past events in like the Assassin's Festival or Moogle chocobo csrnival?

Additionally, would it be possible to get a freecam similar to Ansel working?

Any answers would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

You can mod the PKG directly (before fake packaging) or use OrbisAFR to overlay files in realtime via FTP.

As for freecam/ansel, not natively, if youre running through a capture device you could do this.
