Modding on 17.0.0?

I was looking to create a mod on the newest firmware, the issue is I can't seem to find the correct version of lockpick rcm if it does exist as nxdumptool wants me to run it.

Am I missing something here or is Lockpick still out-of-date? Did Nintendo make it impossible to update it? I thought all they did was DMCA it.

Couldn't find an answer on Google or here, at least nothing related to the newest firmware search terms.

NXDumpTool broke on 17.0.0 use the latest rewrite that should fix the issue.
