Hacking Modded Wii (4.3U) permanently bricked?

Just pulled out my Wii again, in hopes that the BlueBomb exploit will fix this. I've asked on Nintendo Homebrew Discord about this, and they confirmed that it should work. However, I don't have a computer with Bluetooth built in.

2 dollar dongle should do the trick.
