Hacking Question modded switch lite won’t turn on

hello! i recently got a modded switch lite off of someone else. guy did say not to let the power drain but our power went out for about 40 hours because of a typhoon so now it’s drained.

i can’t turn it back on no matter how long i charge it or how long i press the power button. i do see a red light on the back of the console (a bit above the microsd slot) but other than that, nothing. please help ;v;

Well red light means useally that the chip is not soldered correctly and cannot communicate with the nand.
In that case it won't start....

To add to this, if you keep trying it might eventually work (given it was modded in the first place it must have some success) but who knows much many attempts it will take. I'd see if you can get someone to touch up the soldering. It could be the nand or it could be the capacitors near the cpu.

That sounds like a bad soldering, it’s would be nice it you added some pics it would make things easy when trying to help

press power for about 20sec
take out the sd card and charge the console for 15min,put back the sd card et power on the console
