If you're looking for the best chip out there, get a Coolrunner from Team Xecuter.
I never had any problems with it and there are plenty of guides out there + a wide support.
If you think it's to expensive then do a quick forum search in the links Rydian gave you.
But personally go for the Coolrunner.
It's just one of the best chips there is.
