I was about to mention rhythm games like DDR, hell I can't even play a heavy mode song anymore. I was able to do MAX 300 before. so many time since I stepped on a DDR machine.
I think rhythm games are more intense that SC or any strategy game, you need to think fast and press the keys in the right order or you lose. take a look to Cytus on Android and iPhone and try the hardest songs.

And yeah, videos of professional Starcraft 2 players are a bit hard to follow.
