ROM Hack mkds course modifier does not save

i always have to use the old version that saves but does not let me edit music and does not let me edit the race character models only the menu character models.
im working on a rom hack and i have no name for it yet.
so does anyone know how to fix mkds course modifier not saving? please i wanna make the rom hack even better! im added tails but it is just luigi in a race but tails on the selection.

That's no way to get anyone to help you.

That aside, what version of the Course Modifier are you using? Some Googling around seems to suggest you have a bad copy of the editor. Have you tried downloading it from here?

Try from this source, then.

If that doesn't work, then this thread may be helpful. I admittedly have no experience with MKDS Course Modding, so I'm probably of limited help to you. Google around to see if others have had the same issue as you. You may have better luck asking in dedicated Mario Kart Hacking forums.
