ROM Hack MK7 Hacking With Homebrew?

So, I have been wondering for awhile now. Is there a tool/application for homebrew that would allow me to run cheats and hacks in MK7?

NOTICE: I don't mean internal hacking, (Like changing texture and such) just hacks like infinite red shells or something...

You would need plugins to run cheats. You can run the plugins using ntr I believe.

NTR CFW is an application that is used on custom firmware and can let you use plugins and cheats as well as other stuff like Input Redirection and NTR Streaming (capture 3DS footage without a capture card).

That is an online NTR Plugin that you can use on MK7.

Ntr CFW is run through cfw (custom firmware) and can be used for many things, like streaming on pc, or connecting xbox controllers or taking screenshots, real time saves and cheats, if you have cfw please tell me then i can explain more to you if not, please look to get cfw (preferably luma 8.1 (boot9strap 1.2))
