Hacking Missing sticker, maker of DS flashcart unknown

Hi!

Does anyone have an idea which flashcart the following pics show?

I've tried using firmware for original R4, WoodR4 and Edge, but all without success! (DS got stuck at loading screen, see picture above.)
For testing I used a 2 GB microSD card.

The SD card slot is NOT spring loaded.

Any help would be appreciated.

BTW what does it show when there no firmware in the sd card ??

Maybe it's really old and is an M3 DS Simply? i seem to remember that having those curved edges (it was after all just a rebranded R4, with a resistor to prevent each others firmware)

Not sure if Wood would have worked on that though

not a wood user myself so not sure.

edit: forget that, just dug out my old m3 simply and it does not have curved edges...

Yeah it seems its an acekard clone. Loading screen, cart shape, lol so yeah

Take it apart, but be careful.

well it isnt a r4 iii revolution so -1
all you can do is to go to all the cards firmware ,download them all and try them..........
it will take like forever but hopefully for like 2-3 days you will make your card work

Thanks for all your replies so far.

If I don't put in a SD card or one without any files, the loading screen looks exactly like the last pic I posted in my first entry (so no change there). Maybe the flashcart can't access the SD card at all?

I've now also tried the firmwares for M3 Simply (how could I've forgotten about that first R4 clone

) and Acekard, but still no luck...

So I've taken the flashcart's shell apart and here are the pics from the inside:

I've also considered the option of an R4 clone, however, like someone already pointed out, I don't know if I feel like testing 50+ different firmwares.

Anyway, with the pcb pics posted, I hope somebody will be able to identify the flashcart without this torture.

It doesn't seems to have any flash memory on board so it's not an firmware upgradable flashcart.
And i think it doesn't support microSDHC, so you should try with a 2GB.

Thanks but I already mentioned in my first post that it didn't work with the Wood firmware (unless I did something wrong, of course).

Sorry, didn't mention that I tried with a 2 GB SD card from the start (now added to first post).
