Hacking minisd version: sdram error 011515

Just got this supercard minisd back from one of my clients.

it gives sdram error 011515 in the selftest and doenst load any games now.

I already ran the 1.63 update a second time, but still the same error.
does anyone know how to fix it. maybe i need to resolder some things?

Run the 1.63B.bin that comes with the latest 2.55C software for SC SD versions.

tried that, same sdram error.

well i'm just gonna send it back to china, i will get a replacement.
