Around 10fps increase is really what I need, and besides, the 750 Ti is about as far as I could go with money.

Definitely, though I can't wait that long. I'll get another GPU around the next year end.

Can't say for Sri Lanka prices, but on newegg, some r9 270 and r9 270x stands in the gtx 750 ti price range.
If your goal is AC unity, keep in mind that all those cards are below the minimum requirement

Check out used cards if you're comfortable with them. Some warranties are tied to serial number, not the person who ordered the card. You can find some cheap ones around, especially now with the new cards dropping out.
