What are you looking for? Not all of the garcs are the same, some have bins inside of bins. The story NPC with animations are in a/1/9/6 IIRC.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

If Ohana doesn't load the .bin or there are more .bins inside it's probably not a texture, it's probably something else. Ohana has no problem loading the models/textures for everything listed in the pastebin so far. The only things I didn't check were the sprites and stuff

but I am trying to edit the player model

Hum each times i try to open a .bin file in ohana3ds rebirth from ohanagttextures archive a get an error then crash, any idea about how to fix that ?

Ohana3ds allows you to see compress bin files but cannot be edited. did you decompress the bin?

no, i just extracted the .bin from a/0/9/4, i'm stuck a step 4.

edit : I've found the problem, ohana doesn't work on my laptop i dont know why but at least it works on my main pc.

Nice tutorial! This helped me a lot but I have a question and an issue.

1. The Iris stays on the model even after it blinks https://gyazo.com/f7a402afeaaa709ac404c593a5460c0c

2. How do you edit the flames that are on pokemon like pontya or chimchar?
1. Depends on how you edited the texture I guess, it shouldn't mess with the animations unless you painted the same eyeball texture over the closed eyes.
2. No one can figure out how to do that, not even in Gen 6. I've managed to alter the shading aspect of the flames (give them more orange or more yellow, or make them entirely one or the other) but I can't find a way to change the colors entirely.

See, I was trying to get rid of the darkness around eyes and I read that you have to make normal maps for the eyes to get rid of it so I did and it worked but now I have the iris problem. I didn't edit any animations.

Hm I'm not sure then, I just edit the textures regularly Lol

So I've got the .bin files and am now trying to get the .png files to edit but... Whenever I try to load a .bin with ohana3ds it crashes? I have direct X and a version of framework.

If it's not loading the compressed files, decompress them first and then load them in Ohana. Not sure why it's crashing on you though if you're sure you have the Framework.

As far as I can tell, they're already decompressed? If not how would I go about decompressing them?
