Gaming minecraft servers

hi guys, im posting here because im LOOKING for a good server. i dont care where its hosted from but there are a few things that i do want in it... heres my "list"

Greifing Allowed
24/7 server
factions
creeper spawners (theres not many that have this so its optional)
spawner mining
a smallish amount of players (like 10-100, or i gt lag)
lag free-ish

so thats the stuff i REALLY want and as long as there is no crap like water and lava dont flow or somthing stupid like that, ill be happy.

And yes, before anybody asks, i DID search google... multiple times
so... anybody got any suggestions?

Don't go on Alan Johns server, he is too strict.

Work hard to steal someones flint and steal then burn the city down.

Log in as him and grief everything

>Turns server off

Keep doing it when he turns it back on

Waits a while then gets unbanned, then uses a hacked client to fly without creative
